About Me-

Originally hailing from England, my dance journey commenced at a young age when I trained under Belinda Hill of Chaplins Stage School. It was within those early years that my love for Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Musical Theatre first took root. Fast forward to today, now based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, I bring my vibrant energy and exceptional expertise, particularly in International Standard and Latin dances, to the local dance scene.

I continue to infuse my passion for dance into the Grand Rapids community through my teaching at Social Dance Studio. While rooted in Grand Rapids, I also offer guest teaching and workshops, willing to travel to different states.

The trajectory of my career was set in motion by the honour of receiving one of only two scholarships to train at Stella Mann College of Performing Arts in England. There, I earned two diplomas—one in musical theatre and another in dance. This early foundation paved the way for a diverse career, including experiences on both stage and screen, with performances on cruise ships for esteemed companies like Royal Caribbean LTD & P&O Australia.

If college wasn’t enough, I also began training and competing in Ballroom & Latin American dance competitions throughout the UK, such as the Bournemouth UK Championship and Blackpool Champions of Tomorrow, which shaped my early career. Now, my focus has shifted to inspiring the next generation through teaching and excitingly, competing in Pro/Am Dance Competitions across the United States.

My current specialities include International Standard and Latin, I also teach American Smooth & Rhythm, as well as Social Styles like Hustle, Night Club 2 Step, Country 2 Step, Bachata, Salsa, & Argentine Tango.

As a certified exercise to music fitness instructor and an Inclusive Dance Instructor, I uphold high standards with certifications such as a current First Aid At Work certificate and serving as a qualified Designated Safeguarding Lead for Children.
